Shipping
In-stock orders ship the next business day. Items we order in from suppliers take an extra 2 to 3 days. Built-to-order items have their own build times, shown on each product page and in the builder.
Delivery is Australia-wide. Standard delivery is $12 for parts and accessories, $100 for framesets and $144 for complete bikes. Express is $19.50, $173.50 and $239.50. You can also collect your order from the Workshop at 16 Kelvin Road, Bayswater North.
Returns and exchanges
To return or exchange an item, email info@creativecycles.cc first.
- Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of the shipment date, for items that are new, unused and in the original packaging.
- Return postage is paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty.
- We recommend postage insurance, as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
- Include a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Send returns to us, not to the manufacturer.
Refunds
When your return arrives and has been inspected, we email you to confirm we have it and whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your card or original payment method within 2 to 5 business days.
Restocking fee
Some products are made to order. Cancelling one of these at your request carries a 5% restocking fee.
